During Fanatic, who signed live over the weekend, WWE Superstar and former TNA World Champion AJ Styles were asked about their potential TNA Hall of Fame. Stiles shared that while TNA expressed interest in honor of him, he ultimately refused in WWE’s respect and felt it was not appropriate to accept induction while contracting with another company. He said,
“There was a time when they wanted me to come and come to the TNA Hall of Fame. I just thought it was a bit rude to go to the TNA Hall of Fame. I think it would be more appropriate when the wrestling is over.
He continued, “I’m still an active wrestler… I hope. I’ve decided not to go to TNA HoF, not WWE. I’m grateful to TNA, but I don’t want to go to HOF as long as I’m still active.”
