With Wrestlemania 41 in the book, WWE is looking forward to other major events for the rest of 2025. Summerslam is set to make history in August with its first two-night event at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. WWE, a premium live event, did not use the Survivor Series: Wargames name that it used in recent years.
WWE has released a lot of other premium live event news at WrestleMania Weekend. After announcing the acquisition of Lucha Libre AAA and Worlds Collide Show on Saturday, June 7th, WWE also announced that the date will be a double header with Bank 2025 money, which will take place on the same day at Intuit Dome in Los Angeles. The Worlds Collide will also be held in the city at the Kia Forum.
Another PLE outside of North America was announced in the second half of 2025. Perth, Australia, will be holding three shows in October. The show will be held at RAC Arena, but WWE has not released a date for the event. According to the promotional video, the event will be the current uncontroversial WWE champion John Cena’s final match in Australia.
WWE’s next PLE, Backlash, will take place on May 10th in St. Louis, Missouri. The first match of the card appears to have already been set, with home star Randy Orton likely to face Cena.
