WrestleMania may return to Orlando in the near future if people in the city have a path. According to Sports Business Journalthe Orange County Commission approved $29.46 million in the Tourism Development Tax Sports Incentive Fund to support five major event bids. The biggest part of this money? $18 million for the Greater Orlando Sports Commission to “draw four future events from WWE and UFC, including WrestleMania in 2031.”
Jason Siegel, president and CEO of the Greater Orlando Sports Committee, said the proposed deal “will include shows 10-12 at both the KIA Center and Camp World Stadium.” Other events Orlando has on the radar include:
- Survivor Series or Saturday night main event Late 2026
- UFC Payper View for August or September 2027
- Royal Rumble February 2028 at Camp World Stadium
Orlando hosted a showcase for Wrestle Mania in 2008 and Immortals, who returned to the city in 2017. Both events are known as Camp World Stadium, which is currently proven to be able to handle WWE’s biggest annual event. Now fans may be prepared for another WrestleMania in Orlando, as well as other major events in the WWE and the UFC.
