Trick Williams wasn’t happy with how things turned out to be with tonight’s NXT situation.
The former NXT champion confronted OBA Femi on an episode of this Tuesday night show. This comes after Williams failed to regain the NXT title on Saturday with a triple threat that includes Je’von Evans.
The TNA champion appeared when Trick mentioned Joe Hendry. He said he has been transformed into NXT stars since teaming up with each other a few months ago, and the two stars exchanged words.
The end of this segment led both Hendry and Oba Femi to take turns punching Trick Williams, then ousting the former champion out of the ring.
Williams tells him to leave NXT trick
Williams, of course, wasn’t happy with the turn of the event, so he stood behind the scenes of the NXT GM AVA and demanded a match against the TNA World Champions. The NXT Anonymous account has posted a video of the conflict.
Oba Femi and Joe Hendry teased potential champion vs champion matches during the segment. It will be interesting if this match actually takes place.
Trick Williams can’t easily let go of his problems with either man. And it appears that he will be facing Hendry before the Viral Star matches the current NXT champion.
