This match between Miz and Logan Paul was by no means bad, but of all Paul’s runs in WWE so far, it certainly was the least notable. All of this move was pretty decent, but this lacked storytelling and pishology. This is part of his game that Paul still needs to learn. In a bright light and buildless match of his first TV match, Paul saw his first look out of his element on a WWE run.

It was a solid collision, but Paul and Miz would have better matches for each other in the PPV.

A match that reveals Logan Paul’s lack of experience

This was a difficult match to sit on. Logan Paul was technically sound in this match, showing off some impressive agility and top-level moves, but in this match Paul is very rehearsed from spot to spot without much fluidity or structure. AJ Styles couldn’t bring the better side out of Paul, and sometimes there was a lack of chemistry.

For too long, the match was dominated most of the contest with Paul’s slow moving matches, and he didn’t expect the level of the match worthy of being featured in Wrestlemania.

A weak show from Logan Paul

Logan Paul struggled in a rare, overwhelming match in his WWE career. It felt like they were moving from spot to spot without much waiting and without much of the psychology or structure within the ring, without much of the waiting time until Paul and Mysterio pulled away from another movement.

It was still a decent match and what they did was impressive at times, but it lacked the usual showmanship and talk that most poles carry with them. Paul won the match, which was expected.

Logan Paul, La Knight and Santos Escobar clashed at WWE Smackdown in the match and qualified for the bank’s ladder match. It was a fast-paced match that all three men can see well, taking some twists and turns, especially in the closing stretch, and was much more unpredictable.

It was by no means a masterpiece of storytelling, but it was a really fun TV match that made the audience invest. Paul didn’t win either, either, as La Knight punched a ticket to bank money.

It’s not surprising that Logan Paul’s first match in WWE was his weakest match, but that’s not to say that it’s bad. In fact, Paul sparkled in this match and lit up movement in this match, like something like Paris Mysterio used his veteran abilities to make Paul look better.

The whole match was very basic, with some extended beatdowns and comebacks like most tag team matches. In the end, Paul helped his team get the victory. Miz made an inadequately executed babyface turn after attacking him after Bell.

The Men’s Royal Rumble Match worked in 2023 and acquired a basic and simple structure after the disaster the previous year. Paul’s involvement proved to be one of the highlights, stealing the show in a crazy mid-air collision with Ricochet.

Paul won a massive elimination for Seth Rollins before he was eventually dumped by winner Cody Rhodes, finishing third in his first ever Royal Rumble match appearance. The overall match was decent, with Gunther-like being emerging as the star of the match, defeating the longest record spent in a traditional royal rumble match.

Men’s Money in Bank Ladder Match – Bank Money 2023

Bank ladder matches have some strong spots on men’s money, with Butch, Ricochet and Logan Paul among the people who stand out most. Paul placed his body on the line, not leaving the ladder bumps and crazy spots, but at the end of the match his massive Spanish flybocci was an unfortunate story point.

It felt like I was taking a step back from some of the money in front of the bank ladder, but there were probably not many star powers or wrestlers who had momentum. The decision that La Knight couldn’t win left a sour taste for many fans as well.

Logan Paul’s latest match was with Ricochet, perhaps the most traditional wrestling match he still had. He played the dominant heels, placed a heat on the Ricochet and stomped around the ring.

There were many exciting spots and high-flying offensive moves, but they were not just thrown randomly, but instead were built every time. The match may have lost a little bit in the middle, but it got back on track to the end, with Paul using his brass knuckles to win.

La Knight defeated Logan Paul at Summer Slam 2024, a very well executed US championship match, with the two men showing off good chemistry, controlling the audience and gaining the biggest victory of his WWE career through fights through Paul’s cheating.

Drew McIntyre was a clear star in the match and was presented as the dominant competitor when he won the match. Logan Paul looked good as usual, adding many storyline beats and helping to build on WrestleMania, along with his feud with Randy Orton and Kevin Owens.

In Orton’s case, his sales carried the second half of this match and gave him a great performance. This wasn’t a very difficult match, but there were many important builds and stories in it. Everything was well executed, smooth and there were some big spots here and there.

Logan Paul’s best match so far was his best as he stood up to the opportunity of an indisputable WWE Universal Championship match with the Roman rulers at Saudi Arabia’s Crown Jewel 2022.

Both men gave great performances sprinkled storytelling, perfect sales, physicality and key moments that helped them feel like a big main event. These included spontaneous jumps through Paul’s announcement table, cameos from Bloodline and Jake Paul, and a hot ending where Reign won and managed to survive in his title.
