The latest update is a recently released WWE star who could join AEW for the reunion of the wing.
WWE released multiple stars earlier this year, one of which was former Raw Tag team champion Cedric Alexander.
The peak of Alexander’s career came when he was a member of Heart Business along with MVPs, Bobby Rushley and Shelton Benjamin.
Alexander still continued to make his AEW debut as The Hurt Syndicate, with WWE, MVP, Lashley and Benjamin leaving the company.
Alexander also came out of WWE and had a natural question as to whether he could join AEW and reform the former group of four, as his 90-day non-competitive clause was quickly expired.
In the latest episode of Insight with Chris Van Vriette, Lashley spoke about the possibility of Alexander’s arrival.
“We love CED. He’s like our brother, so you know what’s going to happen.”
Recently, at AEW, MJF has been seeking approval to become a member of The Hurt Syndicate.
The MVP appears to be on board, and Benjamin has come to the idea, but Lashley is very opposed to it.
