Saraya deals with Page's name change amid speculation about WWE's revival

Saraya is working on changing her ring name to Paige amid speculation that links her with WWE’s return.

Both her official AEW exits in March have been growing speculation about Saraya’s potential return to WWE.

She is currently focusing on outside the ring efforts, including her new “Rule Breaker with Saraya” podcast, but including the release of her memoirs, the former AEW star has announced whether she wants to return wrestling under her real name or with her former WWE name Page.

Speaking one-on-one with Andro Mammo, Saraya revealed that her preference was to return as Paige, and discussed the differences the characters feel they compared to Saraya.

She explained:

“Yeah, I’m going to take Page again. I love that character. I love Page, I love music, she was badass.

“I feel like Saraya. Saraya was another character in AEW. It’s like a chicken **t heel, it was fun, but I certainly prefer Page.

“And if I were to be Saraya, it would be the Paige version of Saraya.”

When working on a link to WWE earlier this month, Saraya said she hasn’t spoken to her former employer yet, despite a huge amount of speculation among her fans.
