Welcome to the results of “Aew Dynamite” Wrestling Company on April 23, 2025. Come to the show from Lakefront Arena in New Orleans, Louisiana!

Young Bucks’ Matthew Jackson and Nicholas Jackson will compete in their first match at “Dynamite” since losing the AEW World Tag Team Championship to the then-Title Holders Private Part on October 30, 2024. Knight and Speedball joined forces earlier along with Will Ospreay and Mark Briscoe on the April 9 episode of “Dynamite” along with defeating Ricochet, The Beast Mortos and Cru in an explosive $400,000 tag team match.

TBS champion Mercedes Mohn will know who his opponent is in the final of the 2025 Women’s Owen Hart Cup Tournament, when Chris Statlander clashes with Jamie Hater in the semi-final match. Statlander defeated Thunder Rosa in the quarterfinal match on April 9th ​​to secure her spot in tonight’s match, but Hayter won Billy Stark in another quarterfinal match on April 12th edition of Collision.

Ricochet vs. Mark Briscoe

The bell rings and Mark lands his forearm on Ricochet. The mark fires a strike with the outer Ricochet and returns it to the ring.

Returning from the break, Ricochet appears to fly from the rope in the middle. Mark sees him coming and crashes Ricochet into the mat. Ricochet responds to Mark with a suppression, rocking him with Enz’s edge off the apron and wants to jump out of the top rope. Mark catches Ricochet with the T-Bone Suplex and asks for a pin, but Ricochet kicks out. Ricochet then lands a 450 splash on the mark from the top rope, but the mark pops out of the ring and flattens the outer Riccochet. Ricochet Pin marks his foot on the ropes as the two return to the ring, but Mark falls for victory.

Winner: Mark Briscoe

After the match, Ricochet grabs a chair and starts hitting the mark across his spine. He grabs a signature pair of gold scissors, but Kevin Knight runs to the ring. He bumps into Ricochet, but Ricochet appears to grab his scissors. The Knight prevents Ricochet from robbing them, causing Ricochet to retreat.

I’ll hear from FTR

Stokely Hathaway introduces FTR, with three men joining Tony Shearborne in the ring. Hathaway says “Hangman” Adam Page used scissors to hurt people and used all of John Moxley’s crimes to commit arson. He says he has a Cash Wheeler halt from AEW from his permanent records, and Wheeler says that what happened with Daniel Garcia last week was not easy for him and Dachshund Harwood. He says Garcia was the one who made his own decision and said 2.0 wanted to fight the FTR. He says Midnight Express is a better tag team than Rock and Roll Express and then teases his age. Ricky Morton cuts off Harwood and says he and Robert Gibson are not underestimated, but the FTR attacks Rock and Roll Express and lands a Piledriver supported by Morton. Paragon (Adam Cole, Kyle O’Reilly, and Roderick Strong) runs to the ring with the help of Rock and Roll Express.

The young Bucks then proceed towards the ring. “Speedball” followed by Mike Bailey and Kevin Knight.

Bailey and Matthew Jackson begin the action. Berry and Knight bells rang, and the backs double team. Bailey and Knight recover, and Knight lands a crossbody on Matthew from the ropes. They dump Matthew on the outside on top of Nicholas Jackson, and the young Bucks dump Bailey’s double team on the outside.

Back from the break, Bailey rolls up Nicholas. Nicholas kicks out and tags Matthew. Bailey fires Kick with Matthew and tags Knight. Knight lands a body slam on Matthew, then chases it with a splash standing on him. Matthew responds to Knight with a series of suppressions, delivering him and Bailey a double suppression, but Knight lands a jawbreaker on Bailey after he is tagged.

Knight tags Nicholas and lands a dropkick, then Bailey delivers Moonzoo to the outside Matthew, and lands Hurricher Rana from the center rope upwards, connecting with the crossbody from the top rope. Bailey lands Nicholas a pair that turns double knees, and Knight puts it on top and goes to Pin. Matthew sends himself, and Bailey clashes with Nicholas and the Knight to break the Autumn.

Matthew acquires the Knight in the outer electric chair position, and Nicholas jumps out of the barricade and lands the ending device on Bailey. They follow him with the Meltzer driver. The Bucks then attempt to deliver a BTE trigger to Knight, but Knight responds to the Bucks with a double DDT, appearing to jump from the top rope into the ring. The Bucks then deliver a BTE trigger to the Knight for a victory.

He apologises to Lashley and then offers to give him his car. Lashley demands that they see the car keys, and MJF leads them to the car with the keys. MJF gives Lashley and Benjamin the car keys, and the pair kicks the car out.

Will Osprey, Brody King and Don Charis’ families all go out to the ring.

Josh Alexander and Konosuke Takeshita (with Don Karis and Lance Archer) vs. Will Osprey and Brody King

Ospreay and Takeshita begin their actions. The bell rings and the two lock up. Alexander attacks Osprey from behind and then levels up him with a double back elbow along with Tokechita. Osprey is trying to land an atomic drop on Alexander and land the standing Moons, but Osprey is stopping the key to Alexander’s ankle. Alexander responds with his body slam and knee to the neck, tagging King. King fires a strike with Alexander on the corner and stuffs his boots around his neck. OSPREAY tags, but Takeshita records Ospreay from behind.

Returning from the break, King tagged and connects with Alexander’s rear drop. He lands a clothesline on Takeshita, leveling both him and Alexander with Taupe’s suicide on the outside. He stacks two men on a chair, gives them a cross, then returns Takeshita to the ring.

ospreay is on the king’s shoulder, so tag Takeshita and land. King then lands the Death Valley Driver on Takeshita on Osprey’s lap, and Osprey flies off the ropes. Taketa catches Osprey with a blue lightning bomb and tags it with Alexander. Alexander appears to land a C4 on the King, but King blocks it and connects with Alexander’s Cannonball on the corner. He goes to Pin, but the judge misses the fall after Archer jumps on the apron to deflect him.

Ospreay levels Archer with Tope Suicida and jumps off the top rope. Alexander catches him with his right hand and a power bomb, while The Takeshita lands his boots on the horned king. He follows it with a German suppression, and Alexander delivers another German suppression to the king. Takeshita then connects with King’s knee, and Alexander follows it in C4 for the victory.

Winners: Josh Alexander and Konosuke Takeshita

After the match, Takechita and Alexander continue to hit King and Osprey in the ring. Archer lands a chokeslam on Osprey because Kyle Fletcher is bored up to the ring. “The Hangman” Adam Page follows Fletcher, but from behind the attack page of Trent Beretta and Rocky Romero, behind the ramp at the entrance. They continue to be him, Osprey and Kingdown.

Hayter sends Statlander to the ring apron, but Statlander drags her out to join her and travels. She appears to land Moono, but Hater keeps out of the way, and Statlander hits the floor. Hayter will then deliver boots on Statlander.

Returning from the break, Heiter wears a statlander in his submission hold. She shakes Statlander at Enz Igiri, but Statlander catches Heiter with a power bomb and follows it with a 450 splash from the top rope. She goes to Pin, but Hater is kicked out. Hater then lands Heiterline at Statlander for victory.

Winner: Jamie Hater

After the match, Mercedes Mohn’s music hits and she makes an outlet for her. As the show airs, she stares at the hater from the lamp at the entrance.
