Top NXT Star is set to challenge TNA World Heavyweight Champion Joe Hendry in the company’s next PPV.
At the NXT Roadblock event earlier this month, multiple TNA stars appeared in title matches. This included the current X-Division Champion Moose taking on the NXT title OBA Femi.
In St. Joseph, Missouri’s latest TNA TV taping, we saw WWE’s development brand return favors by sending one of the top stars to the Ethan page.
Page will be joining TNA champion Joe Hendry. Their conflict led to the announcement of the upcoming TNA Rebellion PPV triple threat world title match featuring Page, Hendry and Frankie Kazarian.
Ethan Page ran with TNA from 2017 to 2021 before joining AEW. Originally featured as Joseph Park, Chandler Park, a cousin of Abysstu.
The current NXT star now shares rings with RVD, Sabu, Tommy Dreamer and more during TNA. He also founded a successful tag team with Josh Alexander. The duo, known collectively as North, did multiple runs with impact tag titles.
The TNA Rebellion PPV is scheduled to take place from Gallen Center in Los Angeles, California. Hardy Boyz will defend the TNA tag title against the Nemeth Brothers at the event on April 27th. The ultimate X match for PPV has also been announced, with Moose putting the X category title on the line.
