In “Dynamite,” the returning Queen Aminata answered the “timeless” Tonistorm’s open challenge for the Eliminator Match. If Aminata wins, she will receive a future title shot. In other women who return news, Anna Jay will make her AEW 2025 debut. She represented AEW at the New Japan show in January, but has not participated in AEW programming since December when she faced Mercedes Monet for the TBS Championship.
In their ongoing feud, CRU and Top Flight continue their story in a tornado tag match. Their final match was a trio match involving Nick Wayne and AR Fox respectively. Another member of Los Facción Ingobernables will be active when Dralistico challenges Bandido at the ROH World Championships.
Swerve Strickland will take on Blake Christian. Maxcaster has yet to win one of his open challenge matches, but that won’t stop him from having one tonight.
The FTR brutally attacked Daniel Garcia for 2 points 0 and was suspended for a week after attempting to attack Tony Siabone. On Wednesday they returned with their new manager, Stokely Hathaway. The FTR attacked Rock and Roll Express until Paragon stopped them. Tonight, FTR and Paragon (Roderick Strong and Kyle O’Reilly) face off.
Swerve Strickland (P/Prince Nana) vs. Blake Christian
Swerve comes to the ring on the microphone, but the young Bucks comes out before he can say the words. Nicholas sought “respect for your founder.” Matthew says that despite Swerve wearing street clothing, he pulled some strings to move his match right now.
Blake Christian is accompanied by “Big Shot” Legion Johnson. The Bucks were able to see from the lamp, seeking a chair. Swerve captured a running Christian and spindled him, but Christian then escaped. Swerve responded with his elbows on his back. Christian deflected REF while Johnson grabbed Swellve’s ankle. Christian was blown away and stomped him into the corner.
Swerve sent Christian to the opposite corner, but Christian moved and delivered a Shotgun Dropkick behind Swerve’s head. Swerve went to Nelson in full, but Christian supported him to the turnbuckle. The Swave and Christian chased each other across the ring until Christian connected with a dropkick. Swerve went outside and Christian jumped him in. He swung it around to the barricade while the Bucks were applauding. Swerve grabbed Christian’s nose from behind and sent him to the barricade. Christian sent him down the stairs. They fought on the apron. Christian went for a spear, but his legs were intertwined with the rope and the Swab broke his neck on the central rope. Swerve jumped off the apron and slammed Christian behind him. Swerve denounced Christian, but Christian rolled the second one. Christian broke his own neck. He went up to the top, but Swerve got in the way and made a jump house call. He continued with a flip power bomb.

After the match, Swerve stared at the Bucks and told them to come in the ring. As Matthew approached, Johnson attacked the Swave from behind. Swerve put him down and sent him out of the ring. Nicholas hit Swerve from behind, and the Bucks teamed up with him and hit an EVP trigger. Nicholas laughed at Swerve by dancing him. Matthew was ready for Tony Kahn’s driver when Nana tried to stop him. When Kenny Omega’s music was a hit, Matthew drove him away. The Bucks attacked Omega, but he fought them. He slammed two snap dragons with Nicholas. Tony Ciaborne has announced eight “Dynamite” matches with Omega, Mark Brisco, Speedball Bailey and Kevin Knight against the Bucks, Kazuchika Okada and Ricochet.
Timeless Toni Storm (Luser w/Luser) vs. Queen Aminata – Eliminator Match
Storm comes first to the ring with Luther, followed by Aminata. Storm celebrated by defeating Aminata. She defeated her again, and Aminata returned her favor. Storm waved at her and tried to put her in the side headlock. Aminata put her arms between her legs and rubbed her butt against her head. Aminata caught the foot of the storm before the storm rolled up two Aminatas.
Aminata put her in the side headlock and lowered her with a shoulder tackle. They rolled the movement and Arashi put her in the armbar. Aminata put her in a submission hold. On the corner, she struck the storm with her forearms, multiple punches, and bit her forehead. Storm dropped her in his gut. She went to the suppression, but Aminata stopped it and hit her own. Aminata went with her head, but the storm moved. Both women are in the apron when Aminata butt her in her head. She locked her legs around Storm’s neck and pulled her ass repeatedly until Storm fell off the apron. Aminata continued with a strike in the running leg from the apron. The storm has a bloody nose.
After the break they replaced their forearms and both connected to stereo headbutts. Both women are down. A storm at Thesz Press is followed by a forearm at the corner. Storm defeated her with a DDT before twisting into the STF, but Aminata reaches the ropes. Storm pulled her up, but Aminata rolled over. Aminata tripped her with a running kick to her toes and face. Both women are outside. Aminta pushes the storm into the chair and as she runs, Storm trips her, first sending her face to the chair. Storm ran a hip attack on the barricade, but Aminata got in the way.
Back in the ring, Storm attacked her with a crossbody for the two. Aminata with a beach break. They trade blows. They ran their elbows. Storm with pop-up power bombs. Aminata blocked Storm Zero and rolled her up. She continued with a swinging neckbreaker before she went up to the top. The storm didn’t get in the way and hit a German suppression. Storm won with hip attacks and Storm Zero.

Max Caster Open Challenge
Max says he brings a playoff like atmosphere. He tries to chant the fans with him. The hologram answered the challenge.
The hologram kicked the casters in his gut, bounced off the rope, then dropped him down with a head-sized takedown. The caster sends him to the corner and asks for a chop, but the hologram moves with a Spanish fly and answers. The hologram was run with a diving headbutt outside and casters were sent to the barricade. Back in the ring, the hologram asked for a 450 splash, but the casters moved. He nailed the portal bomb and moved to 23-0.
