“I’m 39. I have another five or eight years. I feel good physically. I think this is probably the best I’ve seen physically.”
Black emphasized that advances in technology, science and nutrition have allowed athletes to perform at a higher level after their careers. Nevertheless, Black is realistic about his future in a square circle.
“I have no illusions about this. The majority of my career is absolutely far beyond me.”
Aleister Black’s current career has returned to WWE during the April 25th edition smack down. Years after being part of AEW, the Dutch superstar is ready to continue his legacy in WWE, despite the end of his career approaching every day.
