There are many names on the AEW roster that are either directionless, slightly out of date, or in some cases completely off the TV for quite some time.
To rekindle some of these stars, the company may need to upgrade its presentations with a full repackage.
In the past, character changes such as Hangman Page and Timeless Toni Storm have significantly improved inventory, leading to Championship Gold.
There are several stars that need similar changes, so here are seven AEW stars that are potentially repackaged.
7. Hook
Ahead of the April 16 spring breakthrough edition of AEW Dynamite, commentary revealed that Death Rider had attacked the hook.
This replaced Hook with Powerhouse Hobbs in the AEW World Trios Championship match on the show.
The former three-time FTW champion is part of the OPPS faction, but the 25-year-old star may need to switch things up a bit when he returns to the ring.
Hook may have been repackaged, allowing him to start new and plate with a character with less ties to his father, Taz, allowing him to build his own path with his distinctive persona.
