SmackDown TLC Main Event did not belong to WWE WrestleMania 41

The WrestleMania 41 is currently in the rearview mirror, but last Friday, “Smackdown”, The Street Profits, #Diy, and Motor City Machine Guns all combine to create a match worthy of WrestleMania. The three teams have held the title in the match they fought in the TLC match of the WWE Tag Team Championship and ultimately received Rave Reviews, wondering why this match was not featured on Wrestle Mania.

It was a conversation on Monday’s “Busted Open Radio,” with Bully Ray raising a question to Mark Henry about whether the TLC match should take place at the “Immortals Showcase.” Henry didn’t waste his answer.

“No, not WrestleMania,” Henry said. “Due to timing, I wouldn’t have lived in WrestleMania. It was a better place than where I was.”

Despite being a veteran of Wrestlemania 17’s famous TLC match, Bully agreed with Henry’s point of view, revealing that he cited several different factors that WrestleMania spot felt had strengthened the match in a way that WrestleMania spots didn’t have.

“I can tell you now, as I’m sure TLC matches are better to have in ‘SmackDown’ than WrestleMania,” Bree said. “All 30 minutes, commercial free. The ball on the wall will do whatever you want, as opposed to WrestleMania, where there is always a chance that your time will be reduced. Also, one of the big things that happened at TLC 2, WrestleMania 17 was the match so good?’s **t bubba, we were the last, and we couldn’t follow that.” So it’s probably smart. ”
