Following the brutal end of his night at WWE Monday Night Raw, Sami Zayn took him to social media to issue a statement on his future and championship goals.
In this week’s episode, Seth Rollins, alongside Paul Heyman, tried to persuade Zayn to be alive for the Smackdown roster. This denial led to a main event clash with Rollins’ new associate, Bron Breakker.
The match ended abruptly when Breakker pulled out Zayn with a series of relentless spears and urged the referee to stop. Rollins then humiliated the injury and delivered a stomp to Zayn, who collapsed when the live broadcast.
Despite the assault and clear threats from Rollins’ new faction, Zayn posted a clear message on Twitter, outlining his intentions.
“Yes, there’s a target on my back,” Zayn wrote. “I just know this. I can throw everything you have to me. I won’t go anywhere. I’ll be the world champion.”
It’s unclear whether Zayn will be away from TV for a few weeks or if he’ll be back soon next week.
