Trick Williams and 24 others will feature in Battle Royal during next week’s “WWE NXT” to determine the next challenger for OBA Femi.
Williams appeared at the TNA Rebellion event last weekend, attacking world champion Joe Hendry who got in the way of Williams’ latest attempt to win a shot at the NXT Championship last week. Hendry had appeared earlier to call Williams, but instead only saw Dark State appear. However, Williams later appears to be working on his actions, calling Hendry’s name all night, claiming that he hadn’t appeared, dismissing the TNA world champion as “local talent” before pursuing the title.
“NXT” general manager AVA appeared on the entrance ramp to believe Williams is entitled to a title match, given that he went to another promotion that caused drama and caused more trouble on the show last week. Williams retorted that he realized he was bigger than “NXT”, informing the AVA that he is one of the 25 potential challengers in the pool, urges the feminists to challenge him, and confirms that there is a Battle Royal to determine the number one contender.
