WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Liv Morgan heads towards the big screen. The former women’s world champion was reportedly taking a break to star in the film, but details have not been revealed yet.
Deadline reports that Morgan will be appearing in the new neon film, “Bad Inside EU: Tokyo.” The film will be the third in the “Bad EU” series, “Bad EU” in 1992’s “Bad EU” and 2009’s “Bad EU: Port of New Orleans.”
Takahashi Mikike, director of films such as “13 Assassins,” “Ichi the Killer,” and “Audition,” directed films starring Godzilla Kong star Shun Oguri and “Iron Claws” star Lily James, and Miaike’s frequent collaborator Diane Tengan, Diane Will of the Vegan. International rights at the Cannes Film Festival to be held in May.
The film follows Orgi’s honored mid-century Li, working with an FBI agent played by James. Like the original 1992 film, Orgi’s li will also address gambling issues. Yakuza killers are also said to be involved in the story.
Morgan has appeared in shows like “Chucky” and films like “The Kill Room,” which is the first time Morgan has played someone other than her WWE character.
