WWE will travel to Australia again for the upcoming Crown Jewel Plate, which will be held in Perth this October. In addition to the event, WWE will be holding a weekend event at RAC Arena from October 10th to 13th. The Western Australian government shared a statement from the show, confirming that John Cena will be part of the event. In a statement, Tourism Minister Reese Whitby shared their excitement.
“We are excited to see WWE’s return to Perth will be led this October this year in a row. Crown Jewel: Perthfeaturing WWE champion and global superstar John Cena.
“On Friday night SmackDown, WWE Entertainment’s long weekend, Crown Jewel: Perthand Monday Night Raw promises an action-packed lineup this year that you won’t find anywhere else in Australia, New Zealand or Southeast Asia. ”
WWE hosted SmackDown on October 10th, followed by Crown Jewel on October 11th. The next week’s WWE Raw will also be held domestically. WWE hosted the Exclusion Room 2024 event in Perth, featuring local names such as Rhea Ripley and Indi Hartwell.
