Bobby Lashley showed his adamancy on “Aew Dynamite” about putting MJF in a wounded syndicate despite his stable MVP and Shelton Benjamin’s approval. Speaking about “Busted Open Radio,” TNA Wrestling star Nic Nemeth shared how beneficial the storyline is for Lashley’s character.
“First of all, almost instantly speaking, the syndicate is talking about as a cool person that we can go to, so I think it’s amazing because Shelton will get this revitalized Shelton Benjamin that we know and love,” Nemes said. “And then, Bobby, even someone I know. Sometimes he’s reserved, he’s not really out [there]you don’t get that crazy, wild promotion from him, but feed MJF. Just playing the straight guy as MJF, Bobby Lashley switches his character to this even more likeable guy. ”
Touching Wednesday’s “Dynamite” segment, the syndicate segment that attacked the crew behind the scenes emphasized the vitality of reminding fans that no one is safe and that the stable’s priorities are taking everyone.
Lashley made her AEW debut with Fright Night Dynamite Special on October 30, 2024, joining MVP and Benjamin, appearing in the “AEW Dynamite” Grand Slam Special on September 25th and October 2nd respectively. Lashley then won the AEW World Tag Team Championship alongside Benjamin on the January 22 episode of “Dynamite.”
