Trick Williams may have insisted he was not in the building, but he definitely did.
On the May 1st episode of TNA Impact, just hours after appearing on screen in a tape message before provoking Joe Hendry, Trick Williams appeared in the flesh and issued a much bigger statement. In the main event between Nemeths & Frankie Kazarian vs. Joe Hendry & The Hardys, Trick made a surprise appearance at a direct cost on Baby Fastorio.
As Hendry began to close the match, Trick blinded the TNA world champion once again. This gave the Kazarian and the Nemes brothers the opening they needed to steal victory. However, no trick was done.
After Bell he excavated Hendry Trick shotdrop him flat in the middle of the ring. He then entered Hendry’s face and conveyed the final message. Mike didn’t pick up what he was told, but the intention was clear: Trick Williams isn’t just looking at him anymore – he’s coming straight for the title.
This cruel attack comes just a few days after Trick attacked Hendry in the 2025 rebellion, and only hours after he chuckles Hendry’s shoulder injury in a behind-the-scenes segment. “I see a small booboo on my shoulder. I need to be careful. I’ll see you soon.”
Apparently it turned out to be tonight.
