Aee’s Adam Cole looks back at Upupdowndown’s “Moments & Memories”

2 Min Read

It’s been almost four years since “Daparti,” the foursome of Adam Cole, Claudio Castagnoli, Tyler Brees and Xavier Woods, went separate ways and ended one of the more entertaining parts of Woods’ Up and Down channel. But even when everyone is doing their own thing, memories continue to live in the hearts of fans and wrestlers themselves, along with Cole and Claudio with the forests and breezes of AEW and WWE.

While stopping by “The Ringer Wrestling Show” earlier this month, Cole was asked about his Dappalti days. The TNT champions quickly admitted that he cherished the day with Castagnoli, Breeze and Woods, then went a short time behind the scenes of how he was involved with the trio.

“I remember how it happened because Creed, Breeze and Switzerland had this idea and was trying to decide who could ask to ask to play this UNO game,” Cole said. “And they were like, ‘Hey, maybe we’ll try Cole and see how he looks.’

“And we played the first game, and they loved it, I loved it, and it was dappalti from that point on. Yeah, those days were so much fun. The future, but you know.”
