AEW Dynamite TV Viewership & Ratings Report, 4/30/2025

2 Min Read

Last week, “AEW Dynamite” averaged the second-lowest overall rating in a regular time slot, attracting 521,000 viewers and posting the worst viewers of the year. But despite facing strong sports competitions, “Dynamite” attracted more than 100,000 viewers than last week, and “Dynamite” bouncing significantly.

According to Wrestlenomics, “Dynamite” averaged 629,000 viewers and recorded a 0.16 in the key 18-49 demographic. Comparing both categories to the previous week, total audiences increased by 21%, while the 18-49 demo also rose by 14%. Plus, Wednesday’s show ranked fifth in the night on the 18-49 cable, not only lagging behind NBA and NHL playoff action, but also Fox News’ “Jesse Watters Primetime.” Despite the massive comeback week for “Dynamite,” viewership ratings have fallen by 20% since April 2024, which continues to be disappointing compared to this time last year.

Viewership ratings were strong to start the show last Wednesday. The opening 8-man tag team match held 727,000 viewers from 8pm to 8:15pm in the next two quarters, with “Dynamite” hovering around the 630,000 mark, but that number was declared dramatically at 9:30pm, depicting only 565,000 viewers for the last 15 minutes of “Editor of Hangman Pages on Hangman Pages.” During May, “Dynamite” will continue to face NBA and NHL playoff competitions, but hopefully it can avoid falling below the 600,000 viewer mark.
