1 Min Read

TNA officially ends the blade and excessive blood in that match.

According to a Pwinsider report, locker rooms were informed on Friday that these practices are no longer permitted.

The final match, featuring significant blood, was a recording of yesterday’s dog collar match. Although accidental blood such as hardway shots, bloody noses and mouths are still permitted, intentional or excessive bleeding is currently prohibited.

The decision was reportedly made with talent health and safety in mind and to maintain strong relationships with current and potential advertisers and business partners.

As previously reported on EWN, the new vice president was appointed on TNA wrestling on Friday.

Eric Tompkins, former director of television production, and Ross Forman, a longtime media manager, were featured in the locker room as he was promoted to the role of vice president.

The announcement came at a pre-show meeting this afternoon in Irvine, California.

Their official VP title has not been revealed yet.
