A WWE title change has been made ahead of tonight’s May 5th episode of Raw at Chi Health Center in Omaha, Nebraska.
Before the RAW kickoff, the match was recorded for WWE Speed and the main event.
The title changed in WWE Speed Taping when El Grande Americano (Chad Gable) defeated Dragon Lee.
Americano is the fourth speed champion, following the reign of Ricochet, Andrade and Dragon Lee.
Lee served as the title for 167 days, which was the longest rule ever. Ricochet held Andredo in 161 for 42 days.
WWE Speed matches the air weekly with X, with every match with a 5 minute time limit.
The match that watches Americano defeat Lee in the title could be posted on WWE’s official X account later this week.
The current WWE Speed Women’s Champion is Sol Ruca from NXT.
She won the title on April 11th from Candice Lerae.
Lerae was the first Speed Women’s Champion to win the title in the tournament final against Iyo Sky on October 4th.
