The six former ROH tag champions reportedly disappeared from AEW

Following a series of releases by WWE, rival promotion AEW also let go of two stars, the righteous Netherlands and Vincent.

“Pwinsider” reports that the two stars featured in AEW and ROH were let go at Tony Khan’s promotion last week. The duo, a constant fixture during the ROH Sinclair Broadcasting Group era, first appeared on Supercard of Honor in 2023 before making their debut with AEW in 2023. Justice had previously held a tag team championship for the ROH World six during his first spell with ROH.

The final match in the AEW Universe took place last month when they teamed up with Ariya Daivari and Tony Nese to defeat Matt Taben, Mike Bennett, Angelico and Serpentico in an eight-man tag team match at ROH. That was, coincidentally, their first match at ROH since December, losing their Ring of Honor World Tag Team Championship Double Bullrope Match with Sammy Guevara and Dustin Rhodes in the final match.

Ej Nduka, who also wrestled with ROH, recently confirmed an exit report from AEW and was followed by a veiled excavation at Tony Khan. Earlier this year, several stars left AEW. This included Marakai Black, Milo, Ray Phoenix, Ricky Starks, and all four participated in WWE. The March report claims that three names, including Zak Knight, Nick Comoroto and Abadon, appeared on the list, and Saraya also left when his contract expired.
