A week before he challenges John Moxley for the AEW World Championship at the “Dynamite” Beach Break Special, Samoa Joe heads straight with Moxley’s death rider, Claudio Castagnoli. After Joe, Katsuyori Shibata and Hook, after defeating Nick Comorot, Miles Hawkins and Rhett Titus at the speed of “dynamite” last week, Joe locks up Moxley as he locks himself into his sleeper until Castagnoli is able to deflect Joe by leaving Shibata behind.
Swerve Strickland will join forces with Mike Bailey and Mark Briscoe for Ricochet and The Young Bucks in Trios Action. The six men met each other in an all-star eight tag team match last week when they defeated Ricochet, Matthew Jackson, Nicholas Jackson and AEW Continent champion Okada Okada, who defeated Bailey, Briscoe, Kevin Knight and AEW International champion Kenny Omega.
Anna Jay, Thunder Rosa and Penelope Ford will secure shots at their respective AEW Women’s World Championships when they collide with each other in a four-way Eliminator match and collide with title holder Toni Storm. Storm previously won last week’s “Dynamite” and “AEW Collision” May 26th and May 3rd editions with Yamashita, Queen Aminata and Lady Frost.
Additionally, Jamie Hater will sit down with Renee Puckett and prepare to face Mercedes Mohn in double or nothing in the final of the 2025 Women’s Owen Hart Cup tournament.
