Aleister Black’s WWE return feels like it’s already lost momentum

The fans were very excited Aleister BlackReturn to WWE For multiple reasons. His talent in the ring, his charisma, and the fact that he is brought from AEW made him a great employment that the audience had a lot of talk about. WWE put a lot of effort into the hype surrounding his return, but the moment felt a little flat.

The Black entrance and overall aesthetic remain as impressive as ever, and there is no question what he brings to the ring. But WWE has been able to confuse this debut so far.

When it was revealed that Black had returned, fans speculated that who might be the first to work, and speculated about the type of dream feud he might have. The Miz did not appear as a part of them. So when A-Lister was chosen as its first feud in WWE, people were surprised.

MIZ cut off the promotion when Black came back with a break and dropped him with a black chunk. That was fine as a one-off segment, but it means this continues after the match, and it’s unlikely that it will slow down anytime soon, as more matches will likely take place before he moves. While the final encounter with Carmelo Hayes will be fantastic, it is not worth justifying the potential negative impact this will have on Aleister Black’s career.

While there’s nothing wrong with the future WWE Hall of Fame Miz, he’s dropped his cards dramatically over the past year. He doesn’t scream excitement, and rebutting him doesn’t mean that he will let his fans talk about Blac K.

WWE is not making the most of Aleister Black’s momentum

Malakai Black showed his qualities while working for AEW

  • Black has many topics surrounding him.
  • WWE fans want to see him in a prominent place for first-class talent.
  • His dark gimmicks are inherent to the flow WWE Smackdown List.

Black’s move to AEW didn’t see him move the card up as Black was not a main event performer under Tony Kahn. However, he got his own faction in the Black House, and played some great matches that proved his quality and grown his star power at the same time. The simple fact that he moved out of AEW means there’s a lot of momentum behind him as WWE fans see it as a big victory in the competition.

But putting him in a central feud against Miz, especially when WWE has such an impressive roster, is simply wasting it. Giant stars like Jac Ob Fatu and Drew McIntyre may be working with Blac K. That will allow him to be used in more serious storylines, which will strengthen the top of WWE’s roster. Instead, he is now at the same level as MIZ. It helped Black look like a stronger worker, especially after their matches became more competitive than squash.

Aleister Black has returned to the same place he was before.

It’s difficult to see Aleister Black appearing in the main event

  • Black has to work hard to climb the WWE ladder.
  • WWE locks him in the same midcard position as before.
  • His return bookings emphasize WWE does not want to use the card more.

When Black last worked in WWE, it was a midcard act that he hadn’t paid much attention to. His main roster career was rather unforgettable, moving between random feuds that lacked real purpose. This was a shame for fans who felt he could do more based on what he achieved NXT, But it was under the leadership of Triple H.

Fans speculated that Black would return to WWE and eventually work for Triple H on the main roster, this time leading to a much better career. But people had those hopes for Andrade, and he also stayed in the midcard, working at a similar level as before he left.

Black has already returned to the same stage he left. There’s plenty of time to fix this, but WWE has given fans a difficult mountain to climb when it comes to caring for blacks at the top level and seeing him as a main event worker. He can go down the path to that point, but WWE had the opportunity to get a much easier start to Black.
