Joe Hendry opens up about his responsibility as a TNA World Champion (exclusive)

Joe Hendry, who will be appearing on tonight’s WWE NXT, has revealed his responsibility as a TNA World Champion.

Hendry made headlines last month when he appeared on WrestleMania and began a consistent appearance on NXT TV in a feud with Trick Williams, who also advanced in TNA programming.

Hendry is currently part of a special in-game event on PUBG Mobile, with exclusive content added to the game, running until May 17th. For more information, see below.

In an exclusive interview with Wrestletalk, Hendry commented on his current role and responsibilities as a TNA world champion:

“It’s very rewarding, there was a period when many colleagues were signed and I was wondering if things would happen for me.

“But I enjoyed the process of what I was doing so much and focused on getting the best response possible from the fans, so all the opportunities came as soon as I shifted my focus to giving the audience the best entertainment possible.

“But now to be here as a TNA World Champion, it’s an amazing feeling and responsibility I enjoy, and my focus is just trying to provide TNA’s record business.

“I want people to look back and say, “Joe Hendry means big TNA companies as the world champion, as Tag champion, as Hardy.”

“So I’m excited about the whole locker room doing for the company, behind the scenes and for the fans. TNA is now, and yeah, and since, and upwards.”

Hendry also discussed how he had worked on such a busy schedule.
