Riley Osborne deals with WWE reports

Recently released WWE NXT talent Riley Osborne has strongly rebutted a report that suggests he doesn’t want to work for WWE’s Evolve brand. Osborne had 17 performers in the Leet Als last week at WWE.

Following his release, Dave Meltzer said he contributed to the decision. “One of the big things was that there were people who wanted to help them evolve,” Brian Alvarez said. [Osborne] He was very well known about it because he didn’t want to go to evolution. ”

In a statement he shared on social media titled “I’m Wrong,” Osborne dealt with these claims directly. He said he did his first Evolve taping the day after his wife (a fellow wrestler Blair Davenport, whom WWE released in February) was let go.

“I was the first person in the building the next day and was praised for my professionalism,” Osborne wrote. “When I was busting my ass in rehabilitation, I wouldn’t make my work ethic question.

Osborne had recovered from surgery in March, but had not been medically cleared at the time of his release.
