One obvious change in Natalia’s body in 2017 was that she had more muscle mass. She was a little bigger than in the past few years. Similarly, she looked a little more muscular in her arms and legs. That year, Natalia won the Smackdown Women’s Championship in the first and only time in her career. She defeated Naomi Summerslam 2017and held the title for 86 days before she lost to Charlotte Flair.

The pandemic has been a very difficult time for countless people, not just emotionally but physically. Many of us changed habits, stopped being physically active, and perhaps adopted a sedentary lifestyle. Nevertheless, Natalia did some great work during this period, winning the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship with Tamina.
