WWE has officially announced the Evolve Championships. WWE Evolve General Manager Stevie Turner revealed both the WWE Evolve Championship and the WWE Evolve Women’s Championship in the May 7 episode. Both titles will be decided in a fatal four-way elimination match in the coming weeks.
Wendy Choo, Kali Armstrong and Kendal Gray are confirmed as three of the four competitors set up to compete for the Evolve Women’s Championship three weeks later. Meanwhile, Sean Legacy is the first confirmed participant in a fatal four-way match for the male, deciding his first WWE Evolve champion in four weeks. This is a great opportunity for Legacy, who wrestled in Battle Royale to win the next No. 1 contender for the NXT Championship this week, but failed.
The introduction of these new titles is a key step for WWE as brands continue to establish themselves through high-stakes competition and emerging talent. For the latest news on WWE Evolve, stay tuned for SESCOOPS
