WWE star Becky Lynch revealed her thoughts on AEW’s MJF after meeting him while filming in Happy Gilmore 2.
Both Lynch and MJF play roles in the film, and Lynch confirmed that he “crossed the road” while filming.
In an interview with Variety, Lynch said:
“I did (cross pass with him). You know, he’s a very nice boy. Great chat. Of course he knows he’ll lose (promotional battles), but we had a great chat.
“Unfortunately, this was long before that happened, but I feel he fully agrees with everything I’m saying about Lyra.”
After seeing Lynch’s comments, MJF responded on social media, writing:
Fully agreeing with Lyla’s Vex, she seems like a scary person, and apparently a terrible poor person.
We enjoyed our time together with the “man” on the set. A very nice girl and a great citizen.
But…I don’t really know much about her thoughts on potential promotional battles 😉#betterthanyou
Lynch will take on Lyra Valkyria at Backlash Tonight’s WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship.
