This week’s “AEW Dynamite” has been stable both across average audiences and key demographic ratings, matching the same metrics as last week.
According to “Wrestlenomics” and “Programming Insider,” on May 7, 2025, the “Dynamate” edition drew an average of 629,000 overall viewers, the same as last week’s show. This number is 3% higher than the four-week average, which currently has 608,000 viewers. The ratings for the 18-49 major demographics were the same as last week’s 0.16, which is also in line with the average for the following four weeks.
“Wrestlenomics” reported that “Wrestlenomics” was the seventh in cable in a major demographic rating, with the NBA playoff game between the New York Knicks and the Boston Celtics topped the table with a rating of 1.27, and the NHL Stanley Cup between the Florida Panthers and the Toronto Maple Leafs being the second with 0.31.
“Dynamite” was defeated by champion Toni Storm in the face of a trio of Penelope Ford, Anna Jay and Thunder Rosa, and Nick Wayne defended ROH’s World Television Championship with former TNA and WWE Star Sy, and the emergence of victory against the veteran star. The show also saw the unlikely tag team, as Will Osprey and Adam Page faced with the Don Charis family. MJF continued his attempts to join Heart Business for him to learn next week, but Death Rider and OPPS continued their rivalry, with Samoa Joe making Claudio Castagnoli better in the show’s main event.
