Sub was one of the few wrestlers who really changed the world of professional wrestling. Sadly, he recently passed away at age 60, but now it appears that a documentary about his final match was already underway before his death.

The videographer named Joey Defalco shared on Facebook that he found it creepy to find himself filming Sabu for a documentary about Wrestlemania Weekend’s final match. The post included several clips from the sub’s final match used in the documentary.

Defalco ended his message by saying that he would take a peaceful rest to Sabu. “It’s creepy to think he’s just filming Sabu for a documentary of his final match at WrestleMania Weekend.

Sabu’s final match took place at GCW Joey Janela’s Spring Break 9, where he faced Joey Janela in a barbed wire match on the ropes. It was incredibly violent and saw Sub have a nasty clash, but he was able to ultimately beat Joey Janela in the final match of his career, and fans felt it was the best send-off that Sub has got.

His match helped shape the ECW to be everything, and his fearless style influenced many wrestlers after him. As people continue to respect his memory now, we feel that future documentaries are more important than ever, so we have to see how that goes.
