Jazz has returned to WWE, but this time she hasn’t stepped into the ring. She stepped into a coaching role.

The former WWE Women’s Champion has been working as a guest coach at the WWE Performance Center throughout this week, lending her expertise to the next generation of talent.

Jazz, who officially retired in 2021, is still active in the wrestling scene. Earlier this year, she appeared on TNA, competed in Battle Royal in January and played in a six-man tag team match with her husband Rodney Mac from Texas in April.

While she helps out with the NWA and TNA, this stint on this WWE PC shows her return to her old stomping ground. Jazz is a two-time WWE Women’s Championship, hosting the NWA World Women’s Championship, making her one of the most respected veterans in the business.

WWE brings guest trainers in there is nothing new. Former WWE tag team champion Dougbasham worked as a guest trainer at the Performance Center last week. Basham is currently working with OVW and recently helped train for her role in Emily Bett Rickers’ Queen of the Ring film.

The impact of jazz on women’s wrestling cannot be denied, and now uses her experience to help WWE’s promising talent. Her tough assistant persona and nonsense approach make Jazz really the need for the WWE Performance Center needs.

What do you think about Jazz entering the coaching role in WWE? Does her presence affect the current roster of WWE talent? Let us know in the comments!
