The latest update could potentially be signed by the recently released WWE Star in All Elite Wrestling (AEW).

WWE has held two rounds of releases so far this year. One is in early February and one is in early May.

Among the February releases was former Heart Business member Cedric Alexander.

Fans quickly began to wonder if Alexander would be on board as MVP, Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin’s rest fired on all the cylinders in AEW as Hurt Syndicate.

A few days ago, Alexander and the rest of the February release became free agent after the 90-day clause expired.

The possibility that Alexander will boost AEW’s debut with Dynamite last night was set to make the ultimate decision for Bobby Lashley to allow MJF to participate in the Heart Syndicate.

There were no signs of Alexander on the show last night, but there is another contract signing segment next week to ensure that MJF joins the group “official”.

Nevertheless, in the latest update on whether the move to AEW is actually on the table, Fightful Select reports that it is “a thing that has always been discussed.”

A few years ago, Alexander’s wife, Big Swal, had a public dispute with Tony Kahn at the exit with the company.

However, that is not true and is not considered a hurdle. It was pointed out that if Alexander were to potentially join AEW, it would “take more than that” for the bridge to burn.
