The following weekend, WWE will take over Tampa, Florida, appearing from WWE legend as two matches have been confirmed so far for a series of shows at the Yuengling Center, including the Saturday night main event set on May 24th.
“Thanks to Almighty God and to WWE, the world’s number one sports entertainment company. I wrote Tatanka on Instagram along with a graphic that encourages him to return. “The #NativeAmerican dynasty begins!”
Within WWE, fans may remember Tatanka in an early unbeaten streak of TV wins. This included victory (although due to countouts in WrestleMania 9) by Rick Martel, Brooklyn Brauler, Iron Mike Sharp, Shawn Michaels, and more, or Ted Dibiase’s involvement with Million Dollar Corporation. Following its first departure in 1996, Tatanka returned to WWE in 2005 for another short run.
In addition to the appearance of Tatanka, the main event of WWE Saturday Night will feature Logan Paul and The Titleholder Jey Uso’s WWE World Heavyweight Championship match. The winner will then defend the title against “The Ring General” Gunther on “WWE Raw” on June 9th. WWE SNME will air on NBC and will be broadcast simultaneously on Peacock in the US.
