Aew's Kenny Omega works with the absent star Nixed Pitch

The Nixed Aew pitch for Kenny Omega’s return was revealed earlier this year, and Omega is currently working with the absent star.

Omega made a wrestling return in the NJPW Wrestling Dynasty in January, beating Gabe Kidd after more than a year away from the ring after hospitalisation due to diverticulitis.

He made an AEW in-ring comeback in the dynamite version on January 15th, defeating Brian Cage in singles action.

Omega continues his feud with the Don Karis family, and eventually winning the international championship from Konosuke Takeshita, details of another feud sold for Omega after his return were revealed.

According to Fightful Select, there was an idea that “floating” for Jack Perry to work with Kenny Omega following Omega’s AEW comeback.

Perry has not worked on AEW since dropping the TNT Championship to Daniel Garcia in November 2024 at Full Gear Pay-Perview.

He finally wrestled in the NJPW Wrestle Dynasty and failed to challenge Yotaji’s IWGP Global Heavyweight Championship.
