Viewers of “AEW Collision” on Saturday met with surprise when the show suddenly ended 30 minutes early on TNT and HBO MAX.
The latest “Wrestling Observer Radio” has hosts Dave Meltzer and Brian Alvarez discussed the issue, saying that Alvarez still can’t display it on Max last night. Khan later posted an update, with the uninterrupted version initially being played on West Coast feeds on Saturday, but the issue has not been fixed yet, and the full version has not been aired.
At this point, the maximum version of Saturday’s “Crossing” cannot be streamed. According to Meltzer, at some point on May 19th, the full episode will need to be uploaded to the streaming platform. As for the triller feeds that many international fans use to watch the show, the host noted that the full broadcast was announced, but there are many issues, including on-screen graphics issues.
“I don’t know exactly what the problem is, but it was pretty serious if I couldn’t fix it, but it wasn’t up to Max today either,” Meltzer said last night. “There’s a strange situation there.”
Saturday’s “Clash” was pre-taped at the beginning of the week, with the show featuring late wrestler and footballer Steve “Mango” McMichael and games featuring Kyle Fletcher, Megan Bane and “Speedball” Mike Bailey. Following the McMichael Memorial, the show went to commercials and returned with the superhero film “Black Adam.”
