Earlier this month, former WWE star Rhino made his “Aew Dynamite” debut, challenging Nick Wayne with the Roh World Television title, but unfortunately lost in just three minutes. Despite the losses, Rhino explained in “The Whip Show” that it was a privilege to make his AEW debut in his hometown of Detroit, Michigan, and praised the company for his affordable ticket prices.
“It’s special and I’m struggling with my fans, not just myself. When they become part of history… What I like about AEW is so meaningful, and ticket prices are very affordable.
Rhino also commented on his current role in the wrestling industry, explaining that he is focusing on increasing young talent while also listing three AEW stars he is trying to step into the ring. “When I meant it wasn’t over, [it’s] Because I have a lot to give back to young men and women wrestling… I know these 30 years in the wrestling business of the past 30 years, you know I may not be somewhere for a long time, but I am there for a good time. ” he said.
The 49-year-old also acknowledged AEW President Tony Kahn’s love for professional wrestling and his compassion for his roster and his talent for his family. He explained that one of the biggest reasons fans are drawn to AEW is because Khan sees his efforts to treat employees with respect.
