AEW Star Hook is set to make his film debut with the upcoming short film, “Money Talk $.”
Director Tony Mucci’s film follows the “NYC $100 Bill Adventures of 1981” on Reagan’s inauguration day, and passes through the abdomen of New York City.
Former FTW champion and current member of OPPS, Hook is praised as “Mystery Man” on the film’s IMDB page.
Hook’s father Taz shared the trailer for the film over the weekend:
This is Tony Mucci’s directorial debut in the film industry. Mucci has a broad background in music video production and worked with the late rapper Juice WRLD.
The 2025 Tribecafe Stage, which will be held in New York City from June 4th to 15th, will feature an expanded lineup of 93 short films, including 49 world premiers this year. Short will be screened before one of the festival’s members-only events entitled “Bunny.”
