Several new matches have been officially added to the May 25th AEW Double or Nothing Pay-Per-view in Glendale, Arizona.
Before the clash episode of tonight on May 17, AEW CEO Tony Kahn took to social media to officially announce Mark Brisco and Ricochet in stretcher matches on Double or Nothing.
Briscoe came out on dynamite last Wednesday and made a save from Zach Gowen as Ricochet tried to continue attacking him after the match.
Another match was then confirmed as Nigel McGuinness returns to in-ring action again during tonight’s collision.
McGuinness announced tonight that he will be working with Daniel Garcia against FTR on Double or Nothing after being provoked by FTR while he was at the commentary desk for several weeks recently.
Also during the show, Texas sons Dustin Rhodes and Sammy Guevara defeated CRU’s Lio Rush & Action Andretti to win a shot in Double or Nothing at Bobby Lashley & Shelton Benjamin’s AEW TAG Team Championship.
Rhodes and Guevara are Roh Tag Team Champions, and Rhodes is hosting the Roh Sixman Tag Team Championship with Marshall and Ross Von Erich.
