The winner of WWE LFG (Legends & Future Greats)’s first season in A&E was confirmed after tonight’s final.

Starting with 16 rookies, the remaining four field was part of the final.

The four finalists were Jaspert Roy and Shirohill for men, Zena Sterling and Tyra Mais Steel for women.

Troy represented Team Booker T, while Sterling represented Team Babarey Dudley and Team Undertaker, who represented both Hill and Steel. Team Mickey James was no one in the finals.

Sterling headed for Hill in a match that was tapered before the “Road Block” episode of NXT’s Madison Square Garden in March.

The idea for WWE LFG is that the two winners have won NXT contracts, but in reality, all the rookies have actually already been signed.

After evaluating his performance in matches across MSG and the series, head of NXT Shawn Michaels, senior vice president of WWE’s Talent Development and Creative, voted for who will win season one.

Tyra May Steele and Jasper Troy crowned Michaels winners.

Steele is stocked by Olympic gold medalist Tamila Mensa, while Troy is Antion Frazier, a former offensive lineman at the University of Iowa.

They will likely make their NXT debuts in the coming weeks, but as mentioned, other LFG participants, including Sterling and Hill, have already been signed to NXT, so they can still make their debuts.

In fact, Hill was already part of the recent 25 NXT Championship #1 competitor Battle Royale won by Milesborn.
