A veteran of the Square Circle of 14 years, Will Osprey continues to learn from the people around him behind the scenes of all elite wrestling. In a recent interview with “Q101,” Ospreay said he was particularly looking to coach AEW producer and former ROH world champion Jerry Lynn.

“I’m not tired of hearing from different wrestlers, their opinions,” Osprey said. “For example, this year I’ve worked with Jerry Lynn, and he really helped me analyze small pieces of my game, especially when I’m on TV.”

According to Ospreay, Lynn was particularly helpful in strengthening its relationship with the “Aerial Assassin’s” AEW fanbase. Additionally, Ospreay hones into certain art while working with Lynn.

“I enjoyed it [watching] Underground style and techniques and intimacy between wrestlers and audiences. I’ve always enjoyed that type of connection, so Jerry Lynn gave me information about little nuggets that really helped me connect with the audience,” Osprey said. I know it’s the weirdest word to use in wrestling, but Jerry teaches me the amazing art of climaxing them at the right points. ”

Currently, OSPREAY is on its path to AEW Double or Nothing, and will take on the “Hangman” Adam Page in the final of the Men’s Owen Hart Foundation Tournament. The winner of that match will advance to and challenge everything in AEW for the AEW World Championships currently being held by Jon Moxley.
