Derby Allyn cried out for the WWE Hall of Fame after the AEW star reached Mount Everest.
News that Allin had reached the top of the highest mountain above sea level appeared on May 18, 2025.
To thank AEW and his expedition team for their support on the rise, Allin cried out to Diamond Dallas Page.
Diamond Dallas Page shared photos on social media showing Darby Allin hit the WWE Hall of Fame “Diamond Cutter” hand gesture with a message.
“Very congratulations to my boy @darbyallin for his incredible achievements!
“And thank you for throwing a diamond cutter at the top of the world!”
As seen under this news story from Twitter, the image saw an answer from Derby Allin himself on his own Instagram story.
Derby Allyn Inn makes it clear that, as he wrote, it was Diamond Dallas Page that motivated him to contact the right people and climb Mount Everest.
“I didn’t know about the mountains, so I was planning to go to this low rent location when I Googled how to climb Mount Everest years ago.
Diamond Dallas Page is currently signed to a deal with WWE Legends, and the company recently appeared to make Lex Luger Hall of Fame in 41 weeks at WrestleMania.
The return date for Derby Allin’s AEW is still unknown, and Derby Allin is now back on Mount Everest.
The final update to the ArcGis tracker was the latest update on Allin’s progress back, revealing that he was in Camp 4.
It was previously reported that Allin was the first to hope to make it to AEW Double or Nothing on May 25th, but Allin still had to safely descend the mountain and recover from his expedition before he returned to the ring.
Congratulations to my boy @darbyallin About his amazing achievements!
