A&E’s WWE LFG soon returned to the TV screen, with the first season ending on May 18, 2025.

The WWE LFG of the season 1 reality television series has ended with two new stars officially signed to NXT.

Two new stars were created on the screen as stated in the report, but all the rookies in WWE LFG have already been signed.

The book’s first season saw news of the second season’s premiere thanks to the broadcaster.

NEW YORK, NY – May 19, 2025 – In-ring competition series “WWE LFG (Legends & Future Greats)” returns to A&E at 10pm (ET/PT) on Sunday, June 22nd, showing his hard-to-compete talent for a coveted WWE contract under WWE’s biggest legendary leadership.

The first champions of “WWE LFG” were crowned in the season 1 season 1 finale last night when Tyra Mae Steele (Team Undertaker) and Jasper Troy (Team Booker T) won, each of whom were awarded a WWE contract. The Undertaker claimed the highest overall score among coaches, securing first place and first WWE LFG title belt. After weeks of rigorous training, intense matches, emotional highs and lows, Steele and Troy cemented their position in the next generation of professional wrestling.

It premiered on Sunday, June 22nd at 10pm ET/PT, with 16 candidates (newly returning) fighting for a dream chance. Leading to a WWE Legends All-Star lineup, including Coach Undertaker, Booker T, Michelle McCall, Baba Ray Dudley and Talent Development Creative Shawn Michaels’ WWE SVP, competitors enter the next stage of training for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. As coaches share expert insights, hopefuls hone their skills, face high stakes challenges, navigate shift team dynamics and even tougher rivals. The hour-long episode offers more action, drama and a relentless pursuit of becoming WWE’s next breakout superstar.

“WWE LFG” is produced by WWE for A&E. WWE executive producers include Paul “Triple H” Levesque, Lee Fitting, Ben Houser, Shawn Michaels and Jeremy Borash, with Rob Sharenow, Elaine Frontine Bryant and Brad Abramson serving as executive producers for A&E.

As previously reported, Michelle McCool will replace Mickey James as coach for the next season.

Mickey James recently recalls his experiences with WWE LFG and claims that the show has been featured for three years.
