Famous special effects artist Jason Baker recently shared a very moving story. He helped grant a special birthday wish for Nash Rotunda, the young son of wrestling star Wyndham Rotonda, known to WWE fans as Bray Wyatt.

Impressed by the idea, Baker and his colleague Sandy Mimpson quickly began working to raise the boy’s wishes. To make Nash’s costumes really special and authentic, Baker pointed out that he uses “Bray’s original mask.” The costume created by Sandy Mimpson itself was based on the original “Fiend” gear worn by Windham Rotunda.

Baker posted on social media that Nash’s mother and Wyndham’s partner JoJo Offerman had contacted him with sincere requests. “I was honored to do something so close to my heart, so while I write this I’m still fighting back tears,” Baker wrote.

He said, “We got a call from JoJo, who wanted to grant Nash’s birthday wish. Baker added, “We love you and hope you have the best birthday ever!” and added Bray Wyatt’s iconic call.

Baker’s Company’s Callosum Studios was a big part of creating the look of “The Fiend.”
