Karrion Kross recently shared his thoughts on what he believes modern WWE fans are looking for performers.

Cross feels that today’s audiences have a strong desire for real connections and realism from the superstars they see, even within the world of sports entertainment. He believes this reliability is important to truly captivate WWE fans.
“There’s starvation in the authenticity my audience wants right now. I know it’s especially from me, but I feel it’s common,” Cross explained. “People can feel like a distinction in theatre that is clearly still appreciated. And there is a difference in someone being authentic. His comments suggest that he aims to bring a sense of “reality” to his own performance for a better connection with WWE audiences. This view may have influenced his “working” promotional style after Wrestle Mania.
