Current AEW & WWE stars who hate Hulk Hogan

The old saying goes, “You will never meet your hero,” and in the wrestling context, this is often true. Most wrestlers appear almost every day on live events, meeting and greet sessions, podcasts and interviews, rather than on television. But most of the time, they play the characters every time the camera is turned on.

Behind the scenes, even colleagues who are more familiar with their true self than the average fan really don’t know these wrestlers. in the case of Hulk Hoganthis is very true. He was everyone’s favorite wrestler. He was so popular that “wrestling” became a synonym for his name. But when you see Hogan today, he is no longer seen as the man who retrieved wrestling. Not only fans, but fellow wrestlers (some of whom grew up watching him) don’t want anything to do with him anymore.

I didn’t thank my fans for calling me “Becky Hogan.”

Why I don’t like Hulk Hogan

Becky Lynch believes Hogan is “the toughest person on the planet.”

A new trend recently featured is adding “Hogan” to the names of wrestlers fans dislike. It happened in Sami Zain and recently Becky Lynch Same thing. The term “Hogan” is now used as something light jorgy, as when Hogan was in his prime, he always uses his behind-the-scenes pull to get over himself.

Becky Lynch took a break from WWE following a steel cage match against Liv Morgan last year. When she came home, she became the female tag team champion before turning her heels against Laila Valkyria. Many fans online called her “Becky Hogan” about this. In a live summary, Lynch spoke about this and stated the following about Hogan:

Why I don’t like Hulk Hogan

Hogan’s Racial Slurp Scandal.

In March, Seth Rollins sat down with WFAN’s Brandon Tierney and Sal Ricata to talk about Hulk Hogan. Rollins said he was a huge fan of Hogan when he was a child and Hogan was always kind to him, but he doesn’t think he’s a good person.

On the Outta Pocket Podcast in April, Rollins once again shared his thoughts on Hogan. Despite everything Hogan has said and accomplished over the years, Rollins doesn’t want to associate him with Hogan after his racial slurred scandal fell into public light. He said Hogan has not done his due diligence by compensating for his mistakes.

Shelton Benjamin

I feel that Hogan’s apology was not sincere.

Why I don’t like Hulk Hogan

After his racial slurping scandal, he didn’t like Hogan’s apology after his return to WWE.

Shelton Benjamin recently made a news headline after calling out Hulk Hogan on Twitter to ask him to stop taking his name. It all began after Hogan appeared on the TMZ Sports and the Pat McCuffy Show and lost Shelton’s name. He called him Benjamin Shelton.

This wasn’t the reason he was called, but it gave Shelton a reason to clarify certain things. Hogan praised Benjamin and other wrestlers during the interview, which irritated Benjamin for several reasons. Before returning to WWE in 2018, Hogan gave a “apologetic” speech to the WWE roster, but his apology was about catching, not racist. Many wrestlers were unhappy with his apology, including stars Mark Henry, Titus O’Neill and Shelton Benjamin. On his Twitter account, Benjamin revealed that he and Hogan are not friends.

MVP

I think Hogan is a big liar.

Why I don’t like Hulk Hogan

Hogan is a racist and considers him to be “a pathological lie fragment of human excrement.”

Shortly after the entire “Benjamin Shelton” story exploded, the MVP squealed and shared his thoughts about Hogan. In a clip that made waves online, Hogan talked about wrestling-lessners after WWE returned in 2012, confusing Kurt Angle with the Undertaker. The MVP wrote about Hulkster:

The MVP’s hatred of Hogan appears to stem from his racial slur controversy. The MVP was not afraid to oppose famous names in the business. Last year he called Triple H, and the implied racism has stopped the hurtful business push. He later made his comments clear during the K&S WrestleFest virtual signing event after fans and dirt sheets said the MVP called HHH racist.
