Paragon vs Don Charis Family Trios Match was AEW Double or None at the time of the collision

The Paragon Trio of Adam Cole, Kyle O’Reilly and Roderick Strong will take on Kyle Fletcher, Conothe Taxita and Joshu Alexander from the Don Charis family in AEW doubles or notebooks.

Cole and Charis were featured in commentary during “AEW Collision” earlier this week, airing Thursday night. Letal is highlighted as a friend of Cole’s and commentary, and Fletcher follows the victory, with Takechita and Fletcher appearing after Bell to ambush the deadly. Cole left his commentary position with O’Reilly and Strong down the ramp and make a save, leading to a tag team match with the young veteran of the Grizzle.

Paragon defeated GYV in subsequent matches, and Cole then challenged Karis and his family to the trio match this weekend in Double or Nothing. Alexander reappeared for a match against AR Fox after the show, and won the victory before Karis officially accepts the challenge and warns Cole that the “walking weapon” stretches him. Tony Kahn has since taken him to social media with official match graphics, confirming his 10th match at the event on Sunday.

Cole is the current TNT champion in his first reign, just winning title defense since abdicated Daniel Garcia in the AEW dynasty in April. This will be his first match since defending Claudio Castagnoli in “Clash” just a week and a half after winning the title.
