Buy no double or anything in the pre-show results (5/25/2025): Live Match Updates and Highlights
I won’t buy AEW double or anything at the pre-show. Renee Puckett welcomes us. She then introduces RJ City and Jeff Jarrett as the show’s co-hosts, and they run through the cards for tonight’s show, giving Jim Ross a wish and prayer after his recent cancer announcement. Then they do the way to order the show tonight.
Prince Nana then joins the panel before the show. The city of RJ says the young Bucks are like a corrupt mayor handing over the town to outlaws, leaving many bodies on their paths. Before dancing, Nana shows off her new Swerve Strickland shoes and says she has faith in Strickland tonight.
Madison Lane then joined the panel to discuss the women’s Owen Hart Foundation final, saying that she had some nervous energy behind the scenes. Lane then says it’s difficult to bet on Mercedes Monet as Monet lost her new Japanese strong woman title as AZM and Monet are shown walking to the arena a few weeks ago. They then switch to Toni Storm vs Mina Shirakawa, with Rain mentioning the storm, which puts his claws on his former rival co. You will then see the match video package.
FTR vs. Nigel McGuinness and Daniel Garcia are raised, Daddy Magic joins the panel, and Paquette immediately asks why McGuinness is teaming up with Garcia and isn’t him. Daddy Magic says that it’s not personal, despite the FTR bleeding him, as McGuinness and Garcia get the job done. Jeff Jarrett says that tonight’s victory will make FTR the best team in AEW history.
An ambulance is then shown outside, and paramedics bring out their stretchers and move into the arena before tonight’s stretcher match. Jeff Jarrett says this will be the night sleeper match between Ricochet and Mark Brisco. Jarrett says that Ricochet had a deer on the headlight appearance, but Briscoe looks crazy. RJ says Ricochet definitely has scissors for him.
He then heads behind Lexy Nair interviewing Ricochet. Nare welcomes Ricochet, and Ricochet says that Nare is smarter than Renee Puckett and Tony Ciaborne combined. Ricochet explains rule #1 of the stretcher match, placing Briscoe on the stretcher and moving it to the ambulance. Ricochet says that if rule #2 is not present, then he expects rule #1. Ricochette then cuckles him and leaves.
After that, ads will be displayed for new shoes from Swerve Strickland, and there will be a collaboration with Allen Iverson. Reebok’s “Swerve” answer will be available on May 28th on Champion Sports.
The Pre-Show Panel then welcomes things to Ringside and Excalibur, Taz and Tony Shear Boene to the show.

Then back to the pre-show panel, Jeff Jarrett, Lenny Puckett and RJ City are thinking about the Texas Heart Syndicate vs. Suns match. Jarrett accidentally calls the AEW World Tag Team Champion Heart Business. Others fix him and say syndicated, he says here new.
The pre-show panel then continues to talk about some of the action scheduled for tonight’s show. Lance Archer will then join the panel to talk about the Don Charis Family vs Paragon late tonight, but there is no need to provide steady advice to get the job done. Archer says he’s looking forward to some catering and drinks tonight. Archer then gives him his idea of disorder in the arena match, and says that it’s his kind of match. Archer then places Kyle Fletcher and Konosuke Takeshita as the future of this business.

The action then returns to the ring, where the page lifts OSPREAY up and bumps into the corner, covering him with a two count. Page then returns Ospreay to a few strikes in the corner, and the impact causes Ospreay to land on the canvas as Page turns to the crowd. Page then turns his attention to Osprey as he undoes him, but Osprey fights on several strikes before Page sends him out for some boots in the back and head. This will rille as he stands up and stands on his feet and both men exchange strikes until the pages are controlled. OSPREAY then sends the page outside. The page then rises and Ospreay attacks him with a Sasuke special.
Ospreay then returns the page to the ring and sends it to the corner. Ospreay then pages up on his shoulder and then bumps into a blue lightning bomb for the nearby fall. The page is backed up and he sends Ospreys to the ropes that drive him out of the ring as he climbs the turnbuckle. The page hits the ospreay on the apron where lariats are sent to the floor. The page then hits OSPREAY on Moonzoo. After that, when Page goes to the Boston Club, the action returns to the ring. Ospreay then reaches the rope and breaks the hold.
Both men then trade strikes, and Ospreay runs a Spanish fly to hit the page, kicking out for two in search of cover. Ospreay then climbs into the turnbuckle before Page intercepts him. Ospreay then slides down and ties the page with a turnbuckle, kicking him to keep him at bay. Ospreay then fights the page with the turnbuckle at the top and sends it to the mat, obtaining the modified Buckshot Lariat opening. He then goes to the rope for another rope, but is caught with a kick that sends the ropes page, just as Ospreay hits him with a shooting star press. After that, Ospreay becomes a cover, but you get just two.
Ospreay then uses Oscutter, but is blocked when Page sets him to the corner for the Tombstone Piledriver. After that, the page becomes a cover, but only gets two counts. The page then looks for the eyes of death, but ospreay counters the style conflict. Page then breaks out of the Powerbomb attempt and his angel wings. The page will then be the cover, but Ospreay will kick out. The page then moves to the BME turnbuckle, but instead Ospreay hits the page with Hidden Blade. Page then rolls onto the ropes and avoids Pin’s attempts by Masplea, chasing him onto the apron. Both men then reveal it until Osprey Eye hits Stiles’s clash and sends the page to the floor.
The judge has no choice but to start a 10 number as both men begin to slowly become upset. Ospreay then returns to the ring just after the count reaches 7 and page 9 slides into the ring. Ospreay then hits the page with a two-count Oscatah. Ospreay then hits the blade hidden in the page, asking for a cover, but the page begins. Both men then fight back to their feet until Ospreyey sends pages to the ropes and starts slamming him with a palm strike. The judge then intervenes, which sparks a debate with Ospreay before he places the boots that send him to the floor outside and chases the page. Ospreay slams the head of the page onto the announcement desk, despite the referee warning him. The page will now be set up on the desk before it collapses from the bottom.
The judge then checks both men before finally returning. The page then hits Ospreay’s Dead Eye and sends him to the commentary desk. Page then sends Ospreay back into the ring and goes to Buckshot Lariat, but Ospreay trips across the ring to the other side. Afterwards, Osprey looks for the hidden blade as Page stares at him from the position of the Buckshot Lariat. Ospreay then charges on the Page and runs to Buckshot Lariat. The page will then be the cover, but Ospreay will kick out. Both men then go to each other with ropes with their elbows and forearms until Page goes to the Buckshot Lariat, but instead Masprey Eye hits the hidden blade. Ospreay then hits Storm Zero on the page and asks for a cover, but the page kicks out at 2. Ospreay then reaches the corner and searches for another hidden blade, but the page avoids it. The judge checks them and both men are down. The judge begins counting 10.
Ospreay then raises it first and then pages it as a gesture that Ospreay is about to finish this. Ospreay then hits a V-trigger on the page, looking for a one-winged angel, but the page bumps into counters and a lot of pressure. The page will then be the cover, but Ospreay will kick out. The page looks for a backshot, but ospreay blocks and is laid out along with the lariat. Page then hits the backshot lariat with Osprey for victory.
“Hangman” Adam Page is the winner of the Owen Hart Foundation’s men’s tournament final match!
After the match, Page celebrates his victory, rocking Ospreay’s hand in the center of the ring. Then, as the show approaches, the page heads backwards.
